As a Holistic Nutritionist and Mental Health Counselor, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life.  Whatever your health concerns are, my job is to help you find which food and lifestyle choices will work best for you and the life you desire.  Food is the most intimate relationship you will ever have.  What you eat today literally determines how you will think and feel tomorrow.  When diet changes, everything changes.

A true holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including supportive relationships, a meaningful spiritual practice, activities that inspire you, and physical exercise that you enjoy.  I consider these Primary Foods, because they are essential elements in cultivating long-term peace and happiness within your body, mind and soul. As your counselor, I will work with you to help you find balance in both Primary Foods and the foods you eat on a daily basis, so you are deeply nourished as a whole person.
